Add hot water to Irish coffee glass to warm. Brew a pot or make a stream cup of pour-over Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee. Empty water from glass and pour in: - 1 1/2oz Smoked Chocolate Brandy Liqueur (OR Chauvet XO Brandy) - 4oz Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee Top with a layer of fresh whipped cream. Combine in an ice-filled cocktail shaker: - 2oz Trader Fred's Coconut Liqueur - 1oz cold brew coffee - 1oz coconut water - 1/2oz orgeat syrup - 1/2oz fresh lime juice - Dash of bitters Shake and strain into a Tiki mug or glass filled with crushed or cubed ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Cheers! |
