Add hot water to Irish coffee glass to warm.
Brew a pot or make a stream cup of pour-over Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee.
Empty water from glass and pour in:
- 1 1/2oz Smoked Chocolate Brandy Liqueur (OR Chauvet XO Brandy)
- 4oz Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee
Top with a layer of fresh whipped cream.
