Serving One Thirsty Adventurer

Combine in an ice-filled mixing glass:
 - 2oz Hooker's House Bourbon
 - 1oz Smoked Chocolate Brandy Liqueur
 - 2 dashes of Bitter Brothers' Orange Bitters
Stir until chilled, then strain into a martini glass.  Enjoy!

Serving Two Thirsty Adventurers

Cut a tangerine into quarters.  Squeeze two quarters into a cocktail shaker, then add the peels.  
Fill the shaker with ice and add:
 - 2 1/2oz Hooker's House Bourbon
 - 1oz Figcello di Sonoma
 - 1/2oz maple syrup
Shake for 15 seconds.  Add a large ice cube to a rocks glass.  
Strain shaker into glass and garnish with saved tangerine wedge, star anise and Luxardo cherry.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle:
 - 2 sugar cubes with 1 tbsp water
Then add:
 - 2oz Hooker's House Whiskey or Bourbon
 - 3/4oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Strain into a coupe or martini glass and garnish with lemon twist (optional egg white float and cherry!)
